Decking

Like fencing it is most important that the base of your decking is strong and well built.

We recommend that you use a minimum of 100mm x 50mm rails for the frame and 75mm stabs for your pegs.

Frame should be a minimum of 600mm centres between rails to keep the deck safe and stop any movement.

Posts/pegs should be every 600mm and no less as this is the main of the strength to your decking.

Decks should be screwed together rather than nailed..
